Privacy Policy

Get Ready. Sell. Go. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website and related services. It is intended to comply with applicable New York State privacy laws, including the New York SHIELD Act.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number — optional. You can receive your estimate and report without providing one.
• Property address
• Property characteristics you enter (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, condition, timeline, and similar details)
• Photos you choose to upload

We also collect limited device and browser analytics automatically, such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device type, and interactions with the site.

How Information Is Used

• To generate property estimates and selling-option comparisons
• To deliver the reports and emails you request
• To respond to homeowner questions and inquiries
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website
• To measure advertising effectiveness and conversion performance
• To provide optional follow-up communications when you ask for them, including text messages only if you separately opt in

Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site. Each receives only the information needed for its function:

• Supabase — hosts our database and stores homeowner submissions, estimate records, uploaded photos, and related property information.
• Resend — delivers the transactional emails you request, such as your estimate and report, and internal notifications about your inquiry.
• RentCast — receives only property address and property characteristics needed to retrieve valuation and property data. Homeowner names, email addresses, and phone numbers are never sent to RentCast.
• Google Maps — receives address autocomplete requests as you type an address so we can standardize the property location.
• Google Analytics — helps us understand how the website is used so we can improve performance and usability.
• Google Ads — used for advertising measurement. Google Ads may receive hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email address) through Enhanced Conversions solely for advertising attribution and conversion measurement. Phone numbers are not included, and this is not a sale of personal information.

Information Sharing

• We do not sell homeowner personal information.
• We do not sell phone numbers.
• We do not sell email addresses.
• Information is shared only with the service providers above, and with licensed New York State real estate professionals when you ask us to connect you, as needed to operate the website and fulfill your requests.

Data Security

Homeowner data is stored in a managed, access-restricted database. Row Level Security is enforced on our tables so records are not publicly readable, administrative access is limited to authorized accounts, and uploaded photos are held in a private storage bucket. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the New York SHIELD Act. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not promise absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. You may opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and out of text messages by replying STOP.

It does not provide appraisals, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. You should consult qualified licensed professionals before making decisions about your property.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service; access the Service by automated means without permission; or use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person.

No Brokerage Relationship

Get Ready. Sell. Go. is not a real estate brokerage. Use of the Service does not, by itself, create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Get Ready. Sell. Go.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, Get Ready. Sell. Go. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any reliance on information provided through it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
